Eden Academy Disclaimer, Waiver of Liability, and Terms of Participation

 

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in Eden Academy (the “Program”), you expressly agree to the following legally binding terms:

Eden Academy is strictly an educational, informational, and coaching-based program. All content provided—including but not limited to videos, written materials, protocols, recommendations, suggestions, and communications—is for general informational purposes only.

Nothing within Eden Academy is intended to constitute, nor should it be interpreted as, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

2. No Medical Relationship

Participation in this Program does not establish a physician–patient relationship, therapist–client relationship, or any other licensed healthcare provider relationship between you and Eden Energetix or its representatives.

You acknowledge that Eden Energetix is not acting in the capacity of a licensed medical provider, and any guidance provided is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in this Program at your own risk.

You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results arising from your use or non-use of any information provided.

You understand that wellness-related lifestyle changes—including but not limited to dietary adjustments, supplementation, detoxification practices, nervous system regulation techniques, and environmental modifications—carry inherent risks and may not be appropriate for every individual.

You agree to assume all risks associated with participation in the Program, whether known or unknown.

4. Medical Advice & Professional Guidance Requirement

You are strongly advised to consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning this Program or implementing any information contained within it.

This is especially important if you are pregnant, nursing, have a pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescription medications, have a history of disordered eating, or are under medical supervision.

You agree that you will not disregard, delay, or discontinue any medical treatment or prescribed care based on information provided in this Program.

5. No Guarantees of Results

You acknowledge that individual results will vary significantly.

Eden Energetix makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding outcomes, including but not limited to improvements in symptoms, energy levels, digestion, mental clarity, or overall health.

Any testimonials or examples provided are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden Energetix, its owner(s), contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, injuries, losses, or adverse outcomes arising from your participation in the Program or reliance on any information provided.

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Eden Energetix or its representatives for any claims arising out of or relating to your participation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eden Energetix and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these terms.

8. Voluntary Participation

You confirm that your participation is voluntary, and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to access or use Eden Academy.

9. Payments, Refunds & Access

All payments for Eden Academy are final.

There are no refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: non-use of the program, change of mind, dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, or inability to complete the program.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to digital educational content and understand and accept this no-refund policy in full.

Eden Energetix and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes, decisions, or consequences resulting from your participation in this program.

All program materials are the intellectual property of Eden Energetix and may not be copied, downloaded, shared, distributed, reproduced, or sold in any form. Access is granted solely to the enrolled participant and may not be transferred or shared.

10. Intellectual Property, Access & Restrictions

All materials provided within Eden Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Eden Energetix and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

By accessing the Program, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, record, download, screenshot, resell, or share any part of the Program content in any form, whether digital or physical, without explicit written permission.

You further agree that Program access is granted solely to you as the purchasing participant and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or made available to any third party. Unauthorized use, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Program content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
