Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bites
Sometimes you just want a little bite on the go! These chocolate chip banana bites are just the thing to hit the spot mid morning or afternoon.
Have some old bananas that are looking a little questionable? A toddler who refuses to eat the "bad banana with spots"? =====> Grab those 'naners and whip up a batch of warm chocolate chip banana bites. Research shows that those spotty bananas have higher anticancer properties than unripen bananas. The spots on ripe bananas produce a substance called Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) that has the ability to destroy cancerous tumors in the body.
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1/2 c almond butter

1/4 c honey

1/4 c coconut oil

2 eggs (flax eggs can be used instead)

1 c coconut flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tbsp. cocoa powder (optional)

1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and spray a cookie sheet with cooking oil.

Peel ripened bananas and place into a bowl with the almond butter, honey, coconut oil and eggs.

With a hand mixer blend together all ingredients for 30 seconds or until well combined.

Add the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.

Spoon out the desired size onto a prepared baking pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
